Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a concert?

Tap the + button on the home screen to add a new concert. You can search for an artist and venue, or enter the details manually. Add the date, your rating, photos, notes, and more. Your concert will be saved to your personal concert history.

What can I do on the free tier?

The free tier lets you log up to 5 concerts with photos, ratings, and notes. You also get access to pre-concert checklists and basic concert history. To log unlimited concerts and unlock features like show discovery, release radar, and merch tracking, upgrade to Lite or All-Access.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Open the App and go to Settings > Subscription. You'll see the available plans — Lite ($3.99/mo) and All-Access ($6.99/mo or $49.99/yr). Tap the plan you want and confirm the purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Your new features will be available immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:

iOS: Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions > SideStage > Cancel Subscription.

Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > SideStage > Cancel.

You'll continue to have access to your premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Can I import my past concert tickets?

Yes! SideStage can import your concert history from Ticketmaster and SeatGeek. Go to Settings > Import Concerts and connect your account. We'll automatically pull in your past events so you don't have to enter them manually. This feature requires a Lite or All-Access subscription.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely on our servers powered by Supabase. We never sell or share your personal information with advertisers. You can read our full Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account in the App. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data, including concert logs, photos, and preferences. This action cannot be undone. If you need help, contact us at support@sidestage.cloud.
