Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SideStage mobile application ("App") operated by SideStage ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

SideStage is a mobile application that allows users to log and track live music experiences, discover upcoming concerts, manage setlists and memorabilia, and generate insights about their concert-going history.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

3. Subscription Tiers & Billing

SideStage offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — Limited features including up to 5 concert logs and basic functionality at no cost.
• Lite ($3.99/month) — Unlimited concert logging, show discovery, release radar, merch catalog, concert buddies, mood tags, and more.
• All-Access ($6.99/month or $49.99/year) — All Lite features plus spending tracker, achievements, bucket list, venue reviews, memory cards, genre evolution, artist loyalty tracking, and Year in Review.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by SideStage and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (concert logs, photos, reviews, notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide App functionality.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, and Setlist.fm for concert data. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Concert data from third-party sources will be accurate or complete
• The App will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SideStage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
